Great Guys Live Fulfilled Lives

We help men fulfill their full potential.

A fulfilled life is about relationships with
loved ones, family, friends, work mates, the work, environment, spirit and,
most importantly, Self.

Great Guys is a men’s community founded to help men awaken, reconnect with, and set free
 the Great Guy within.

As mentors through education, and experiential growth, Great Guys seek to promote domestic unity and help prevent the abuse, neglect, and abandonment of domestic disturbance (violence, breakups, divorce, foster care).  

Because:

• All too often men find themselves stifled and stuck in life-long self-sabotaging habits

• Reactions, instead of working for them, are sabotaging their best intentions. 

• Frustrated, depressed and more and more isolated they ask themselves: “Is this all there is?” 

• Unresolved grief and anger permeates their lives sucking away any hope for happiness.

We:

• Weekly meet in small groups to review and practice the week’s lesson and exercises.

• Daily practice choosing loving-kindness over justice.

• Uphold wholeness, oneness, goodness, and individual dignity for all without regard to race, religion, gender, or nationality. 

• Are all in this together.

Tom founded Great Guys in 2020.

I began my journey back to alive, happy, and whole over 10 years ago. It began when my spouse encouraged me to consider a men's group called Breakthrough. This began a journey to becoming good with myself. To feeling great about myself and being great in how I am with others. 

But first, I had a lot of false beliefs to unlearn that had constantly sabotaged my happiness. I have had many, many setbacks (trauma, betrayal, broken commitments, opportunity lost, divorce, bankruptcy, laid off and fired)and caused a few myself, too. And, I have had many Angels show up just when I need them to. I am grateful to both to be where I am today with the compassion I have.
